Welcome to the Brentwood School Professional Learning Journal portal. The journal provides teachers with an opportunity to record, reflect upon and share their experiences of the professional learning they have undertaken. We hope that the journal becomes a useful aspect of every teacher’s reflective practice. It will form a central part of the performance appraisal process. It will also help middle and senior leaders to analyse and formulate strategies to address the professional learning needs of teachers.
